Help build the SSBN 658 Memorial Site

The Mariano G. Vallejo (SSBN 658) was a nuclear ballistic missile submarine built on Mare Island in the 1960s. This historic submarine served with pride for almost 30 years during the cold war and was instrumental in helping to keep the peace during those dangerous and troubling times.

As part of an ongoing effort to retain some of the history of Mare Island and the contributions that it made during the one hundred and forty-one years of service to the country, we need your help to raise the money needed to establish a permanent site for this historic piece of Naval history.
